Executive Lounge Tickets

If the session is cancelled after a match is completed, there is no refund or exchange.

If the session is cancelled before a match is completed, there is no refund.

Tickets will be credited to the original purchaser for the tournament the following year. The original purchaser will be contacted after the tournament.

Box, Belvédère, session and complimentary tickets, as well as parking and all other passes:

1. No exchange
2. No refund

Session 15 tickets (finals)

Tickets for the finals will be valid for the rescheduled match only. There is no exchange or refund.

Tickets for sessions 1-14, inclusive

If the session is cancelled after a match is completed, there is no refund or exchange.

If the session is cancelled before a match is completed, there is no refund.

Tickets for sessions 1-14 can be exchanged for credit* for a subsequent session based on availability. If all sessions are sold out, the credit will be applicable for the following year.

*Credit = Monetary value written on the ticket. Handling and delivery not included.  

In case of exchange

Please go to the Uniprix Stadium’s outdoor box office during the week of the tournament.

After the tournament, all exchanges will only be done by mail.

Please return your original tickets along with your name, full address, telephone number (day and evening) and email addresses before October 1st of this year, to the following address:

Session Tickets

Daily Tickets

If the session is cancelled after a match is completed, there is no refund or exchange.

If the session is cancelled before a match is completed, there is no refund.

Daily tickets can be exchanged for credit* for a subsequent session on the National Bank Court or on Centre Court based on availability. If all sessions are sold out, the credit will be applicable for the following year.

After the tournament, all exchanges will only be done by mail.
